Keyshia Cole’s mother is still alive, despite the negative assertions of internet rumors that have reported her sudden demise.

The gossip of mother Frankie Lons’ death has prompted a statement from Cole’s management company, Imani Entertainment.

“Imani Entertainment has received a huge amount of inquiries in regard to the rumor about Keyshia Cole's biological mom, Frankie Lons, having recently passed in an automobile accident,” the company said in a statement. “The rumor has absolutely no truth to it -- Frankie has not been in any accident of any kind and is doing well at home in Atlanta.”

Cole and company were gracious to those worried for Lons’ welfare.

Revered Atlanta rapper Andre 3000 was arrested outside of Atlanta on Saturday (March 28), for driving his 2007 Porsche Carrera at speeds so excessive police called him “an accident waiting to happen.”   According to a report by local ABC-affiliate WSB-TV Monday afternoon (March 30), the Grammy Award winning rapper/actor was arrested by a member of the Henry County Police Department’s Highway Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic Team early Saturday morning.   The officer stated that he...(read more)

Check out Ginuwine’s new video for his single “Last Chance”, featuring appearances by LisaRaye and Tyrese. Ginuwine’s new album, A Mans Thoughts is now slated to be released on June 2nd. They haven’t even updated his official myspace from the last album yet, they need to get on that.
